RAFINT is an innovative firm founded in 2016 by senior regulatory professionals with local, regional, and global experience.
We help our clients bring safe and effective products, in a timely manner, to the population of our small parcel of the world. We strive to be recognized as the regulatory services and consulting firm of reference in Latin America and the Caribbean for our reliability, innovative regulatory solutions, and efficiency.
From its inception the company was designed to provide regulatory solutions at the regional level. Unlike other organizations in Latin America, almost all projects we manage are multi-country and our services are not significantly concentrated in any given market.
Our regional reach expansion has followed a counterintuitive pathway: we are not a firm focusing on a “big” regional market that then expands to secondary markets as a side project. Instead, we attended a set of underserved “smaller” markets and from there purposely expanded. RAFINT is now able to provide regulatory services for all of Latin America but Brazil and also cover’s the most important territories of the Caribe.
Differentiating Factors
We execute our services through a network of specialized country agents that are required to use RAFIT document management system and RIMS platform allowing us to work as a single regional team.
In several markets our agents have the legal capacity to directly submit marketing applications and/or act as the country marketing application holders for our clients.
